Firstly, a big thanks to HONDA Foundation for giving me this opportunity. I feel proud & honored to be a part of YES Plus. My stay in Japan has been fantabulous. The experience here cannot be described in words, it can only be realized. The city was awesome, clean, and lively. I was more shocked observing the people. People here are elegant, systematic, hard-working, tech-friendly, hospitable & always ready to help and look for others’ comfort. One of the most fascinating part was Japanese Toilets and the rail connectivity here. Though my bucket list was quite long, I ticked many of them. The journey in Bullet train was quite amazing. Besides exploring Tokyo, I started with Disneyland, Disneysea, Kyoto, Osaka, Mount Fuji, Fujiyama Highland and Okinawa. Every place was a complete different experience. From visiting shrines to happy moments at Disney, from trekking and cruising at Fuji to scuba diving in Okinawa, from thrilling roller coaster rides to some craziest stuffs with friends, I had it all. I wish my Japan list never ends because I want to be here again and again. Coming to academics, research level is highly advanced than in India. Most importantly, professors & students are not bound by time and share a very friendly bond. I felt that Professionalism is in the blood of Japanese people which is great. Once again, thank you Honda Foundation for felicitating me with Honda YES and all your support for YES Plus and organizing an amazing Get Together for us. A big thanks to my family and friends too...............................
