My internship at the University of Tokyo was one of the best research experiences I have had so far. The resources and facilities available in the lab were outstanding. The members of the lab were also very warm and welcoming, which made my internship all the more enjoyable. Apart from my work, my stay in Tokyo has been a fun experience. The Japanese people are extremely friendly and very kind. I had visited numerous parks and temples that displayed the Japanese culture. My experience trekking on Mt. Takao-san and Mt. Fuji was also very memorable. Overall, I believe Tokyo is a very hospitable city with a very rich culture and offers amazing research opportunities.
