The internship experience in Japan through the Honda Yes Award was a very unique one. The assistance provided by the Honda Foundation in approaching the professors helped me in getting an internship with a professor of my choice. Also, adequate assistance was provided before and during the internship which ensured a smooth stay in Japan.

One of the best parts of my stay in Japan was living in the Urban Castle Kawauchi hostel. The hostel provides a very friendly atmosphere for international students. Along with other international students there, I travelled to a lot of nearby places. The trip to Honda Foundation’s office was also very memorable as we got an opportunity to see a live demonstration of the Asimo robot.
