The first time I came to Japan was about two years ago, it was one of the motivations for me to try to get Honda YES award and graduate study in Japan. Japan is a developed country but retains its traditional cultural values. What impresses me the most is the Japanese people; hardworking, serious and responsible in work while very close friendly and enthusiastic in life. I remember a memory when I lost my way, I used English to ask a local people. They were very patient trying to understand what I wanted to say and respond in body language. Japan is also known as a beautiful country with many famous attractions and traditional festivals. It is interesting to be able to participate as well as learn about the festivals, sometimes you will be surprised about the festival that probably only in Japan. It is fortunate that I come to study in Japan, experience Japanese culture through festivals, traditional food, ethnic costumes or in the daily life.
