Studying in Japan is like an action-packed experience for me. Japan was in the fall season when I started landing, so the weather was pretty good and I really enjoyed that cool weather as a person who came from a hot climate country. As soon as I arrived at the university, I met with my supervisor and he introduced me to all my labmates. The professor as well as research teammates and all lab members are very kind and helpful to me. I feel motivated and encouraged by their hard working vibe. As a sustainable technology enthusiast, my dream is to be a part of clean technology development in the future. The research that I am currently doing in Kyoto University, which is about the combustion of natural gas and hydrogen in the internal combustion engine, meets my dream of transitioning to hydrogen fuel in the future and I am truly satisfied with what I am doing now. Talking about the living experience, Kyoto is an absolutely fascinating place with a rich culture, traditions and many UNESCO world cultural heritage sites. The city is a combination of traditional and modern amenities. I enjoy the unique experience of its historical landmarks, temples and shrines. In addition, I love the cleanliness of the city, good transportation, fresh and safe environment, excellent healthcare and healthy food. With regard to the sport activity, I found a new hobby of skiing in Japanese winter that cannot be done in my country. Overall, my student life in Japan is worth living and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Honda foundation and all supporters for the Honda Y-E-S Award Plus. This award has been an incredible source of inspiration and strength to me and I am truly blessed to be in this Y-E-S journey.
