The recruitment and selection process is excellent and feels truly flawless, so I have no changes to suggest there. If I may offer a small, humble suggestion, it would be to increase online and in-person publicity at CUET, KUET, and RUET in Bangladesh. The award is already well known at BUET, as many past Bangladeshi awardees are from there. Targeted talks and a bit more online outreach could help the program become equally visible at the other three universities, encouraging more talented students to apply.
